Hutto sits on US 79 east of Round Rock, with FM 685 running north and south through town. SH 130 is close enough to the west side that a truck can leave a Hutto dock and be on the bypass around I-35 in a few minutes. That mix of roads is why distribution and light industrial users keep choosing Hutto.
The town is not an old industrial center. Most of the buildings are newer tilt wall warehouses, flex space, and yard operations that opened as Hutto grew. Those buildings tend to run newer fleets, and newer fleets still need scheduled PM, fault code diagnostics, and a tech who answers the phone.
We run our service trucks out of Buda. A Hutto call means a drive up I-35 and across on SH 45 or SH 130, and we plan the route before we leave so the truck arrives with what the job needs.

Distribution and warehousing. Newer warehouse buildings along US 79 and off FM 685. Electric counterbalance trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks inside, with LPG units on the dock and in the yard. Battery care and charger checks matter as much as the trucks themselves.
Building supply and contractor yards. Lumber, drywall, roofing, and concrete suppliers serve the homes going up around Hutto. These yards run pneumatic tire trucks outdoors, often with attachments, and they work in dust and heat. Tires, masts, and hydraulics take the wear.
Light manufacturing and fabrication. Small plants and shops that run a few trucks to feed a production line. One down truck can stop the line, and a shop this size rarely owns a spare.
Retail and grocery docks. Receiving docks at larger stores and the supply chain behind them. Short shifts, early deliveries, and a truck that has to start every morning.

Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM on the hours your trucks actually run. We inspect, document, and flag wear before it turns into a stopped truck on a delivery morning. We record what we find on every unit so you can see the history.
Diagnostics and repair. Fault codes, hydraulic leaks, mast and chain wear, brakes, electrical, charging, and fuel systems. Most repairs happen on site in your yard or on your dock. If a job needs shop level work, we tell you up front and give you a timeline.

The Forklift Fleet Program is scheduled maintenance for fleets of 10+ forklifts. Planned service intervals, documented inspections, a contracted response commitment, and one team that knows every unit you run. We strive for same day or next business day service. We start with a walk of your site. We record make, model, serial number, hour meter, condition, and PM history for each truck. That list becomes your schedule and your quarterly fleet report.
