Independent forklift service for manufacturing and building product operations at the north end of I-35. PM, diagnostics, repair, sales, and leasing for Georgetown fleets around the Georgetown Industrial Park area and the SH 130 junction. Based in Buda since 1993.
Georgetown sits at the north end of the Austin metro on I-35, where the Williamson County growth corridor meets the highway. This page is not a tour of the square and it is not a recap of Austin. The industrial work is on the interstate, in the Georgetown Industrial Park area, and in the newer parks at the I-35 and SH 130 junction.
Named parks your ops team will recognize:
Those sites exist because a plant or a yard can reach Dallas to the north and Austin to the south without sitting in the Austin core. Building products, fabricated metal, and production parts move through this strip every shift.
Round Rock is the next city south on I-35. Hutto sits east. Plenty of Georgetown operations also run a dock in one of those two cities. Use this page for the Georgetown footprint. For the rest of the metro, go to the Austin service area page.
The fleet mix here is heavier than a typical warehouse suburb.
Manufacturing plants run sit down counterbalance trucks on the floor, plus propane and diesel units that feed the dock and the yard.
Building product yards are the other half of the work. Lumber, doors, pipe, steel, masonry, and packaged materials sit outdoors and in staging warehouses. Those yards run pneumatic tire trucks in the weather, then hand off to indoor units at the dock.
Brand mix is mixed on purpose. Plants buy what was on the lot when the line went in. We service Toyota, Yale, Hyster, Crown, and the rest of the brands on our list.
When a truck stops, a line or a yard stops with it.
Georgetown service work follows the plant and the yard, not a generic city checklist.
Preventative maintenance. PM against hour meters and how the machine actually runs. A production truck and a yard truck do not wear the same way. Inspections cover engine or motor systems, hydraulics, mast and chains, brakes, tires, electrical, and operator safety systems. You get a written record for every unit.
Diagnostics. Fault codes, slow hydraulics, heat, charging problems, and the intermittent failures that a scan tool pass will miss. We test the system, then we tell you what is wrong in plain language.
Repair. Most repair work happens on site: hoses, pumps, masts, brakes, tires, engines, motors, chargers. Shop level work happens when a job needs the bench. You get a timeline before the truck leaves the floor.
Emergency service. Call 512-256-5312. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
Common wear items ride on the truck so the first visit can finish most jobs. Parts are not a service line we sell.
If you run 10+ forklifts, the fleet program is the path.
Planned service intervals. Documented inspections. A contracted response commitment. One team that knows every unit you run. We strive for same day or next business day service.
We walk the Georgetown site, log make, model, serial, hours, and condition, then run PM against that list. If you also have a building in Round Rock or Hutto, one program can cover every location with one report.
We are independent. Service is the specialty. Sales and leasing are available when a Georgetown plant needs a unit.

A shop with 1 or 2 forklifts still gets a technician. Book a diagnostics visit, a repair, or a PM. Same techs. Same standards. No program required.

If you run manufacturing or building products on I-35 north, talk to the independent shop that already covers this corridor. Tell us what you run in Georgetown, Round Rock, and Hutto. We will tell you what service should look like.
