Independent forklift service along Parmer Lane, US 183, and SH 45. We cover the tech and manufacturing corridor around the Domain, Metric Boulevard, and Tech Ridge. Keeping your business running on time since 1993.
North Austin is a submarket of Austin, not a separate city with its own downtown skyline. The forklift work sits on a specific band. Parmer Lane runs east and west through the tech and manufacturing campuses. US 183 runs north and south as Research Boulevard. SH 45 ties those roads to I-35. The Domain is the landmark people use when they describe the area. The docks are not in the retail core. They sit on Metric Boulevard, North Burnet, Braker Lane, and the Tech Ridge stretch of I-35 at Parmer.
Use this page if your building is on that band. Use our Austin service area page if you need the rest of the metro, including the airport side, the SH 130 side, and the south.
The fleet mix here is not a copy of a pure distribution suburb. Tech and light manufacturing sit next to medical and lab buildings. Building supply yards still run outdoor trucks a few miles from those campuses. A North Austin fleet is often mixed on purpose: electric units inside, LPG or diesel in the yard, and warehouse class machines on the dock.
Tech and light manufacturing. Assembly, electronics, and production support along Parmer Lane and US 183. Electric counterbalance trucks, pallet equipment, and the occasional reach truck in a tighter warehouse. Battery care, charger checks, and PM that fits a production window matter more here than a long outdoor yard list.
Distribution and light warehousing. Older infill warehouses on Metric Boulevard and North Burnet, plus flex space near Tech Ridge and SH 45. These buildings feed the north side of Austin. Dock work runs hard. Mixed electric and LPG is common. A machine sitting until next week is not a plan.
Medical and lab facilities. Hospitals, outpatient campuses, and lab buildings around the Domain and north US 183. Smaller fleets, cleaner floors, and paperwork a facilities manager can hand to an auditor. Electric equipment is the norm.
Building supply. Lumber, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC yards along Metric, Burnet, and US 183. Pneumatic tire trucks outside, cushion tire units in the warehouse, and attachments that take a beating. These shops often run fewer trucks than a fulfillment building. They still cannot load a job if the truck is down.
Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM on the hours the fleet actually runs. We inspect, document, and flag wear before it becomes a mid shift stop. Planned service is the line that cuts reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics and repair. Fault codes, hydraulics, masts, brakes, electrical, and fuel systems. Most of that work happens on site. If a job needs shop level work, we say so up front and give a timeline.
Emergency service. When a truck stops a dock or a line, call 512-256-5312. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
We service Toyota, Crown, Yale, and Hyster, plus the rest of the lineup on our brands list.
The Forklift Fleet Program is a scheduled maintenance program for fleets of 10+ forklifts. Planned service intervals, documented inspections, a contracted response commitment, and one team that knows every unit you run. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
A site walk starts the program. We record make, model, serial number, hour meter, condition, and PM history. That list becomes the schedule and the monthly fleet report.
If you also run a building in Round Rock, Cedar Park, or elsewhere in Austin, one program covers every site. North Austin is part of our regular Austin to San Antonio footprint.

A building supply yard or a lab dock with 1 or 2 forklifts is still a customer. You get the same techs and the same on site standard, without the contract structure of a fleet program.

We also sell forklifts and provide leasing when a North Austin shop is ready to change a unit. See Forklifts For Sale
