Independent service for Raymond reach trucks, order pickers, walkie and rider pallet trucks, and swing reach trucks. PM, diagnostics, repair, and fleet maintenance for warehouse fleets from Austin to San Antonio. Keeping your business running on time since 1993.
Raymond is a warehouse brand. The trucks live in aisles, not in gravel yards. If your operation is a high bay warehouse, a 3PL, grocery distribution, or ecommerce fulfillment, Raymond is often the equipment in the racking.
Raymond fleets in Central Texas concentrate where storage density is the job:
Raymond is part of the Toyota Industries group. A common Central Texas pattern is Toyota sit down trucks at the dock and Raymond reach trucks and order pickers in the aisle. That mix is one fleet. See our Toyota forklift service page for the dock and counterbalance side. This page is the aisle side.
R&R Lift is based in Buda. We cover these warehouse submarkets as regular service territory from Austin to San Antonio.
R&R Lift is an independent forklift company. We specialize in forklift service, and we also sell forklifts and provide leasing.
Raymond service work is electric and warehouse centric. Battery and charger systems, motor controllers, mast and reach mechanisms.
Raymond built its name on narrow aisle reach trucks, and those are the units we see most in Central Texas racking.
Reach truck service work centers on the reach mechanism, mast and chain, tires and casters, hydraulic function, and the electric traction and lift systems that run all day in a pick module.
Order pickers carry the vertical pick in grocery, CPG, and ecommerce floors.
Order picker work includes platform and mast inspection, controls, battery and charger, and the safety systems operators depend on at height.
The rest of a Raymond warehouse fleet is usually pallet movement and, in very narrow aisle buildings, swing reach trucks.
If your building also runs Toyota counterbalance trucks at the dock, we service that mix as one fleet.
The service work we run on Raymond fleets in Central Texas covers four categories.
Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM visits per the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals. On Raymond equipment that means the electric drivetrain, the battery and charger, the mast and reach mechanism, and the rest of the inspection, documented. Thorough PM is the only line that reduces reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics. Raymond warehouse platforms are electric. Faults show up in motor controllers, battery and charger systems, and mast or reach sensors. Our diagnostic visits test those systems. We do not treat a code as a parts list.
Repair work. Battery and charger service, motor controller work, mast and reach mechanism repair, hydraulic function, brakes, tires and casters, wiring. Most repair work happens on site in the aisle or at the charge station. For repairs that need shop level work, we coordinate transport and give you a timeline.
Fleet program coverage. For operations running 10+ forklifts, the Fleet Program puts PM, diagnostics, and repair under planned intervals, documented inspections, and one team that knows every unit you run. Fleet Program customers get this guarantee: A tech on site to diagnose within 24 hours for a down unit. Within 2 business days for everything else. Guaranteed. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for Fleet Program customers.
We service Raymond equipment.
The practical differences:
Warranty claims. Warranty repair claims should go through an authorized Raymond dealer so warranty processing is handled correctly. We handle maintenance and other repairs that are not warranty claims.
Parts on the truck. Technicians stock common warehouse parts on the trucks so most on site jobs can finish in one visit. We are not a parts counter and we do not run parts as a service line.
Diagnostic tooling. For most diagnostic and repair work, our standard tooling and platform experience are enough. For the rare case that needs dealer only Raymond tooling, we will tell you up front and either coordinate with a dealer or recommend the dealer path for that specific issue.
The service relationship. Raymond dealers run service inside an equipment sales business. Independent shops like ours run service as the primary motion, without a new equipment quota sitting on top of the work order. For mixed Toyota and Raymond fleets, that difference is larger: the dock and the aisle stay with one company.
We service Raymond fleets in the warehouse submarkets of Central Texas.
Austin east and SH 130. Pflugerville, Manor, and Del Valle hold a large share of the region’s newer fulfillment and 3PL buildings. Narrow aisle racking, high bay storage, and charge rooms full of Raymond pallet trucks and reach trucks. Bergstrom freight sits next door, so these floors run long shifts.
North Austin and Round Rock. Retail distribution, consumer goods, and warehouse operations supporting the I-35 north corridor. Order pickers and reach trucks in the aisle, often next to Toyota sit down trucks at the dock.
San Antonio Northeast Corridor and Schertz. Large grocery, CPG, and 3PL buildings near I-35 and Loop 1604. High density racking and very narrow aisle layouts where swing reach trucks earn their keep.
New Braunfels and San Marcos. Regional DCs that serve Austin and San Antonio from one footprint. A down order picker here stops outbound for both metros.
Buda dispatch. We are based in Buda. Warehouse accounts from South Austin through Kyle and up the SH 130 line sit inside regular routing.
For a Raymond fleet in any of these areas, we cover your facility as part of regular service operations.
A shop with 1 or 2 Raymond trucks is still a customer. The Fleet Program is built for 10+ unit operations, but a single down reach truck still closes an aisle. Book a service call and we will treat the machine with the same care we give a larger warehouse fleet.
If you are running Raymond reach trucks, order pickers, or pallet trucks in a Central Texas warehouse, or a mixed Toyota and Raymond fleet, tell us what is on the floor. We will talk through PM, diagnostics, repair, and whether the Fleet Program fits. Keeping your business running on time since 1993.
