Manor is east of Austin on US 290, the road that runs out toward Elgin. FM 973 runs north and south through the area and links US 290 to the SH 130 corridor to the east. Operations here work with trucks, trailers, and yard equipment as much as with indoor dock work.
This is not the same market as the Round Rock tech corridor or the downtown core. Manor and the roads around it run on construction, aggregates, building supply, and the warehouses that serve new housing. Fleets here spend more time outdoors, so tires, brakes, cooling, and hydraulics come up often.
We run our service trucks out of Buda. A Manor call is a drive across the east side of the metro, and we plan the day so the truck arrives with what the job needs.

Construction supply and aggregates. Yards that move pipe, block, lumber, and fill material. These shops run outdoor trucks with pneumatic tires and heavy attachments, and the work is hard on forks, carriages, and masts.
Contractor and equipment yards. General contractors and trade shops run a few trucks to load vehicles at dawn. A truck that does not start delays a whole crew.
Warehousing and light distribution. Newer buildings serving the housing growth east of Austin. Mixed fleets are common, with electric units inside and LPG trucks on the dock.
Agriculture and food supply. Feed, nursery, and produce suppliers around Manor and toward Elgin. Seasonal peaks, dusty yards, and trucks that sit for days before a rush.
Most of our customers on the east side came to us from a national dealer. They were tired of waiting days for a callback and getting an invoice nobody could explain.
Preventative maintenance. PM on the schedule your trucks really run, with outdoor wear in mind. We check tires, forks, chains, cooling, and filters, and we write down what we find so you can plan the next repair instead of reacting to it.
Diagnostics and repair. Fault codes, hydraulics, masts, brakes, electrical, and fuel systems. Most of the work happens on site in your yard. If a job needs shop level work, we say so up front and give a timeline.

Heat and dust drive most of the calls we see on the east side. A yard truck that runs through summer on a dirty radiator or a worn brake pack is a truck that stops on the busiest morning of the week. We look at those items on every PM visit, and we tell you what we saw and what it will cost you to ignore it.
If your building also takes deliveries from trailers, tell us at the first call. A truck that loads trailers all day needs a different PM list than one that stays inside a warehouse.

A site walk comes first. We record make, model, serial number, hour meter, condition, and PM history on every truck. Those records become your schedule and your quarterly fleet report.
