Doosan builds a full range of counterbalance forklifts in electric, LPG, and diesel. That range makes it a common second or third brand on Central Texas floors rather than the only one.
You find Doosan trucks in distribution, light manufacturing, building materials, and general warehousing. Many fleets here are mixed. A few Doosan trucks run beside Toyota, Hyster, or Hyundai units that came with a different purchase, a different year, or a different yard. Older Doosan fleets sit in San Marcos, New Braunfels, Seguin, and the Buda and Kyle industrial areas, with newer units in the SH 130 and I-35 distribution buildings.

Doosan electric counterbalance trucks work indoors and on smooth outdoor surfaces where exhaust on the dock is a problem.
Electric service work covers battery and charger inspection, motor and controller diagnostics, hydraulic service, and the full PM scope on the rest of the machine.
Doosan internal combustion trucks are the volume for most yards and plants in this market.
IC service work covers engines, LPG and diesel fuel systems, hydraulics, transmission and drivetrain, brakes, steering, and the standard PM scope.
Daewoo forklifts became Doosan forklifts, so older trucks in the field may still carry the Daewoo name. Many of them are still working.
If a Doosan or Daewoo truck is still in production, we service it. If it left production years ago and it still moves loads, that is often the job. We tell you when a part is scarce, and we tell you what the repair path looks like before we start.
The work we run on Doosan fleets in Central Texas falls into four categories.
Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM visits with documented inspections. Planned service intervals, not a call after the truck already stopped. Thorough PM is the line that cuts reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics. Doosan electric and later IC trucks produce fault codes. Codes are a starting point. We test hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on site and we do not stop at a scan tool. Intermittent issues get a real diagnostic visit, not a parts swap and a hope.
Repair. Engine and motor work, hydraulic pumps and hoses, mast and chain, brakes, steering, electrical, transmission and drivetrain. Most repair work happens on site. When a job needs shop level work, we coordinate transport and give you a timeline. Technicians carry common wear items on the truck so a PM or a simple repair can finish without a second trip for a filter or a hose.
Fleet program coverage. For operations running 10+ forklifts, the Fleet Program is a scheduled maintenance for the whole fleet. Planned service intervals, documented inspections, and one team that knows every unit you run. Fleet Program customers get a tech on site to diagnose within 24 hours for a down unit and within 2 business days for everything else. Guaranteed. Same day or next business day. After hours service is reserved for Fleet Program customers.

Most of our customers came to us from a national dealer. They were tired of waiting days for a callback and getting an invoice nobody could explain.
A Doosan dealer is the right place to buy a new truck. Warranty claims on a new Doosan truck should go through an authorized Doosan dealer so the claim is processed the right way. Regular maintenance and repairs that are not under warranty can stay with us.
Parts for Doosan repairs are sourced through standard OEM and aftermarket channels. We tell you what we recommend and why. We are not a parts counter.
For most diagnostic and repair work, our tooling and platform experience are enough. If a job needs Doosan proprietary dealer only tools, we say so up front and we point you to the dealer path for that job.

Austin, North Austin, South Austin, and Del Valle. Distribution, food and beverage supply, and warehouses that run a few Doosan trucks beside other brands.
Buda and Kyle. Close to our shop. Light manufacturing, building materials, and mixed indoor outdoor fleets on cushion and pneumatic tires.
San Marcos, New Braunfels, Seguin, and Schertz. Mid corridor plants and warehouses between the two metros, where a small Doosan fleet is often the whole dock.
Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Hutto. Regional distribution and manufacturing along I-35 and SH 130 that run mixed fleets.
San Antonio. Industrial work on the north and east sides, and mixed fleets that never went to a single brand.
For a Doosan fleet in any of these cities, we cover the facility as part of regular service from Buda, not as a special project.
