Independent service for Clark forklifts from Austin to San Antonio. Preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and fleet program coverage for current Clark platforms and the older machines that still do the work. Based in Buda. Keeping your business running on time since 1993.
Clark invented the forklift. That fact still shows up on Central Texas floors. The brand has been in plants, warehouses, and yards longer than most of the trucks parked next to it, and a large share of those machines are not new.
Clark fleets here are often mixed and often older. Food and beverage plants. General manufacturing. Lumber and building materials yards that never standardized on one brand. Warehouses that keep a working truck until it cannot be repaired. New boxes along I-35 and SH 130 skew toward other nameplates. Clark volume sits in older industrial pockets: East Austin and Del Valle warehousing, plants around Buda and Kyle, inner San Antonio industrial, and mid corridor shops in San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Lockhart.
The service question is not whether the truck is current. It is whether a technician who knows the platform can keep it earning. Parts on older Clark machines can take longer to source. Intervals slip. An independent shop in Buda since 1993 has seen those machines through more than one owner.
If you run Clark next to Toyota, Hyster, or Caterpillar equipment, you do not need a separate service relationship for each nameplate. One team that already covers the corridor can take the Clark units with the rest of the fleet.
R&R Lift services Clark forklifts across electric, internal combustion, and warehouse equipment.
Clark electric trucks show up in cleaner indoor work and in mixed indoor outdoor plants that want to cut exhaust on the dock.
Electric service work on Clark platforms covers battery and charger inspection, motor and controller diagnostics, hydraulic service, and the full PM scope on the rest of the machine.
Clark’s internal combustion range is the volume in Central Texas yards and plants.
IC service work covers engines, LPG and diesel fuel systems, hydraulics, transmission and drivetrain, brakes, steering, and the standard PM scope.
Clark left a long tail of machines that are still working.
If a Clark truck is still in production, we service it. If it left production years ago and it still moves pallets, that is often the job. We tell you when a part is scarce, and we tell you what the repair path looks like before we start.
The work we run on Clark fleets in Central Texas falls into four categories.
Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM visits with documented inspections. Planned service intervals, not a call after the truck already stopped. Thorough PM is the line that cuts reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics. Clark trucks, especially later electric and S series units, produce fault codes. Codes are a starting point. We test hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on site and we do not stop at a scan tool. Intermittent issues get a real diagnostic visit, not a parts swap and a hope.
Repair. Engine and motor work, hydraulic pumps and hoses, mast and chain, brakes, steering, electrical, transmission and drivetrain. Most repair work happens on site. When a job needs shop level work, we coordinate transport and give you a timeline. Technicians carry common Clark wear items on the truck so a PM or a simple repair can finish without a second trip for a filter or a hose.
Fleet program coverage. For operations running 10+ forklifts, the Fleet Program is a scheduled maintenance program. Planned service intervals, documented inspections, a contracted response commitment, and one team that knows every unit you run. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
R&R Lift is an independent forklift company. We service Clark forklifts.
Warranty claims on a new Clark truck should go through an authorized Clark dealer so the claim is processed the right way. Regular maintenance and repairs that are not under warranty can stay with us.
Parts for Clark repairs are sourced through standard OEM and aftermarket channels. We tell you what we recommend and why. We are not a parts counter.
For most diagnostic and repair work, our tooling and platform experience are enough. If a job needs Clark proprietary dealer only tools, we say so up front and we point you to the dealer path for that job.
On older Clark fleets the independent path is often the one that still answers the phone. Our shop is built around service, with sales and leasing as supporting lines, not the other way around.
We service Clark fleets across the approved Central Texas service area, with the heaviest Clark work in these submarkets.
Austin, North Austin, South Austin, and Del Valle. Older warehouses east of I-35, food distribution, and plants that kept Clark through expansions. SH 130 fulfillment is not the core Clark story. The core is the buildings that were already here.
Buda and Kyle. Close to our shop. Manufacturing, materials, and mixed indoor outdoor fleets that run Clark IC trucks on cushion and pneumatic tires.
San Antonio and Schertz. Inner industrial, plus mixed fleets on the Northeast Corridor that never went to a single brand. Construction supply and building materials yards in this metro often still have Clark in the mix.
Round Rock, Georgetown, and Pflugerville. Plants and regional distribution that added newer brands and kept the Clark units that still earn.
New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Lockhart. Mid corridor manufacturing and warehouse work between the two metros, where a small Clark fleet is still the whole dock.
For a Clark fleet in any of these cities, we cover the facility as part of regular service from Buda, not as a special project.
If you run 1 or 2 Clark forklifts, you are still a customer. Book a service call and we will treat that machine with the same care we give a 10+ unit fleet.
