Independent service for JCB telehandlers and rough terrain forklifts from Austin to San Antonio. Preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and Fleet Program coverage for the machines that work your jobsites and yards. Based in Buda. Keeping your business running on time since 1993.
JCB is widely known in construction equipment, and its telehandlers and rough terrain forklifts work where the ground is uneven and the load has to travel: construction sites, building materials yards, and industrial properties with unpaved areas.
Central Texas keeps building. Construction along I-35 and SH 130, new plants and warehouses around Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos, and growth through New Braunfels and San Antonio all put these machines to work. Contractors and supply yards often run one or two JCB machines next to a mix of forklifts from other brands.
Fleets choose JCB for jobsite reach and capability on rough ground in one machine. Authorized dealers are a good source for a new machine and for warranty work. Independent service fits when you need ongoing maintenance and repair from a team that comes to the jobsite.
The service question is availability. A machine that sits down holds up the crew that depends on it. A planned PM costs less than a breakdown in the middle of a delivery.
R&R Lift services JCB telehandlers and rough terrain forklifts, including the boom, hydraulics, engine, and drive systems.
JCB telehandlers lift and place loads at height and at distance on uneven ground.
Service work covers engines, hydraulics, transmission and drivetrain, axles, brakes, steering, tires, and the full PM scope on the rest of the machine.
Rough terrain forklifts carry pallets and materials across dirt, gravel, and uneven ground.
Service work covers engines, hydraulics, mast and chain, drivetrain, axles, brakes, steering, tires, and the standard PM scope.
Booms and hydraulics take the wear on this equipment, and many machines stay in service for years.
If a JCB machine still lifts the load, we service it. We tell you when a part is scarce, and we tell you what the repair path looks like before we start.
The work we run on JCB fleets in Central Texas falls into four categories.
Preventative maintenance. Scheduled PM visits with documented inspections. Planned service intervals, not a call after the machine already stopped. Thorough PM is the line that cuts reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics. These machines produce fault codes and hydraulic symptoms that a scan tool alone does not explain. Codes are a starting point. We test hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on site. Intermittent issues get a real diagnostic visit, not a parts swap and a hope.
Repair. Engine work, boom and extension systems, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and hoses, mast and chain, brakes, steering, axles, electrical, transmission and drivetrain. Most repair work happens on site, at the yard or the jobsite. When a job needs shop level work, we coordinate transport and give you a timeline. Technicians carry common wear items on the truck so a PM or a simple repair can finish without a second trip for a filter or a hose.
Fleet program coverage. For operations running 10+ forklifts, the Fleet Program is a scheduled maintenance for the whole fleet. Planned service intervals, documented inspections, and one team that knows every unit you run. Fleet Program customers get a tech on site to diagnose within 24 hours for a down unit and within 2 business days for everything else. Guaranteed. Same day or next business day. After hours service is reserved for Fleet Program customers.
R&R Lift is an independent forklift company. We service JCB equipment.
Warranty claims on a new JCB machine should go through an authorized JCB dealer so the claim is processed the right way. Regular maintenance and repairs that are not under warranty can stay with us.
Parts for JCB repairs are sourced through standard OEM and aftermarket channels. We tell you what we recommend and why.
For most diagnostic and repair work, our tooling and platform experience are enough. If a job needs JCB proprietary dealer only tools, we say so up front and we point you to the dealer path for that job.
Most of our customers came to us from a national dealer. They were tired of waiting days for a callback and getting an invoice nobody could explain.
Our shop is built around service, with sales and leasing as supporting lines, not the other way around.
We service JCB fleets across the approved Central Texas service area, with the heaviest work in these submarkets.
Austin, North Austin, South Austin, and Del Valle. Construction, building materials, and industrial yards on and around the I-35 and SH 130 corridors.
Buda and Kyle. Close to our shop. Fast growing construction and materials work.
San Antonio and Schertz. Contractor yards, supply operations, and industrial sites with mixed fleets.
Round Rock, Georgetown, and Pflugerville. Construction and regional distribution north of Austin.
New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, and Lockhart. Mid corridor construction, materials, and plant work between the two metros.
For a JCB fleet in any of these cities, we cover the facility as part of regular service from Buda, not as a special project.
If you run 1 or 2 JCB machines, you are still a customer. Book a service call and we will treat that machine with the same care we give a 10+ unit fleet.
