South Austin, on this page, means the industrial belt along Ben White (SH 71), US 290, South Industrial Drive, and the roads that feed Austin Bergstrom International Airport. It does not mean the whole city.

Food moves through this belt because the airport, I-35, and US 290 meet here. Construction supply sits here because south and southeast Austin still build, and a yard on Ben White or 290 can feed jobs without a north metro haul.
For North Austin, SH 130, or the rest of the city, use the Austin service area page. Del Valle sits on the east side of the airport. Buda is the next city south on I-35 and the home of our shop. Many South Austin operators touch all three.
Two fleet stories, one corridor.
Food distribution. Dry grocery, produce, protein, and beverage staging near Bergstrom and Ben White. Electric trucks in the cooler and the freezer. Propane or diesel units on the hot dock and in the yard. A missed PM on a cold storage truck is not a nuisance. It is lost product and a stopped outbound wave.
Construction supply. Lumber, masonry, pipe, roofing, and jobsite staging on US 290 and the Ben White frontage. Pneumatic tire trucks outside, sit down units under the canopy, rough terrain machines for yard grades. These fleets eat tires, chains, and cooling systems.
Airport logistics sits beside both. Cross dock and air freight warehouses around Bergstrom run mixed electric and IC trucks on tight turn times. They do not wait two days for a callback.
Brand mix is mixed. Toyota, Yale, Hyster, and Crown show up with Clark, Caterpillar, Hyundai, and others from the approved list. Food and construction buyers take the truck that fits the dock, not a single dealer color.
South Austin work is on site, around the shift, and honest about what the machine is doing.
Preventative maintenance. Cold storage units need battery, charger, and condensation checks the dry warehouse truck does not. Yard units need tires, brakes, and cooling. We inspect engine or motor, hydraulics, mast, brakes, electrical, and safety systems, then leave a written record.
Diagnostics. Door seals and cold ratings, hydraulic speed in the cooler, charging in high cycle grocery, and the dock hits that look like random electrical faults.
Repair. Hoses, pumps, masts, brakes, tires, motors, chargers, fuel systems. Most of it on the floor. Shop level work goes to Buda, a short run south on I-35, with a timeline before the truck leaves.
Emergency service. When a grocery wave or a 290 yard stops, call 512-256-5312. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
Wear items for docks and coolers travel on the truck. Parts sales are not a listed service.

We walk the site, log every unit, and schedule PM around receiving and shipping windows, not around our convenience. A company with a South Austin DC, a Del Valle staging roof, and a Buda overflow house can run all three under one program.
R&R Lift is independent. Service comes first. Forklifts for sale and leasing are there when a unit needs to change.
