Independent forklift service on the I-35 and FM 3009 corridors northeast of San Antonio. We cover the distribution and fulfillment buildout, Randolph adjacent light industrial, and food and beverage warehouses in this cluster. PM, repair, sales, and leasing since 1993.
Schertz does not operate as an island. Selma and Cibolo share the same industrial map, on I-35 and FM 3009, with Randolph on the San Antonio edge.
The story on the ground is warehouse growth. Large distribution and fulfillment buildings have gone up along I-35, FM 3009, and the parkways that feed both. Older light industrial still runs near Randolph. Food and beverage distributors use the same roads to load grocery, restaurant, and wholesale routes for the San Antonio metro and the drive toward Austin.
If you need the wider San Antonio picture, including Port San Antonio and the rest of the metro, use our San Antonio service area page. This page is for Schertz and for the docks that treat Selma and Cibolo as the same stop. Cibolo has its own page. Selma does not. Selma is served from this coverage.
Distribution and fulfillment. The largest share of forklift hours in this cluster. High cycle electric fleets inside the box, reach trucks in narrow aisle racking, pallet trucks on the floor, and LPG yard trucks at the door. Buildings here often run more than one shift. A down unit shows up in the outbound queue before it shows up on a spreadsheet.
Food and beverage distribution. Refrigerated and dry warehouses that feed routes across the metro. Mixed electric indoor units and outdoor trucks at the pad. Cold environment PM and battery care are part of the job.
Randolph adjacent light industrial. Smaller shops and production buildings on the San Antonio side of the cluster. Mixed fleets, fewer doors than a fulfillment box, still tied to the same I-35 response.
Cibolo and Selma overflow. Newer industrial and flex space that functions as one market with Schertz. If the letterhead says Cibolo and the dock sits off FM 3009, it is the same coverage.
The complaint we hear is simple: days to get a callback, then an invoice nobody on the floor can explain.
Fulfillment buildings and two truck shops do not run on the same calendar.
Preventative maintenance. Hours pile up fast in fulfillment. We schedule PM around outbound windows and leave a record you can read. Thorough PM is the only line that reduces reactive repair cost and downtime cost.
Diagnostics and repair. Controllers, hydraulics, masts, brakes, batteries, and internal combustion systems. On site first. Shop level work when the job requires it, with a clear timeline before the truck leaves the floor.
Emergency service. Call 512-256-5312 when a unit stops a door or a line. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
A down forklift in a Schertz box is not a nuisance. Missed trailers make that real.
We service the warehouse class brands common in this cluster, including Crown, Yale, Toyota, and Hyster, plus the rest of the lineup on our brands list.
If you run 10+ forklifts, the fleet program is the path. You get planned intervals, documented inspections, a contracted response commitment, and techs who already know the fleet. We strive for same day or next business day service. After hours service is reserved for fleet program customers.
The site walk documents every machine: make, model, serial number, hour meter, condition, PM history. That inventory drives the calendar and the quarterly report.
Operations that also run in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Cibolo, or Seguin stay on one program. Schertz sits inside our Austin to San Antonio coverage, on the regular I-35 run, not as a one off trip.

A Randolph adjacent shop with 1 or 2 forklifts still gets on site service. Same techs. No fleet contract required.

When a Schertz operator is ready to replace a unit, we sell forklifts and provide leasing. See Forklifts For Sale
If your dock is in Schertz, Selma, or Cibolo, or if you load trailers off FM 3009, tell us what you run. We will tell you how PM, repair, and a fleet program should work in this cluster.
